During our tax preparation engagement we will spend considerable time with clients discussing their financial goals and objectives. We learn a great deal about the individual and their business through these financial counseling sessions. Upon request we can also provide assistance in financial planning. Financial planning involves a comprehensive process of fact finding and analysis. We use a structured approach and systems we believe help our clients achieve their financial goals. In this process we examine alternatives and develop recommendations for achieving those goals in a disciplined manner.

Billing Philosophy and Customer Satisfaction
At Feher, PC our goal is to provide you with the highest quality accounting and financial services in keeping with your needs at a reasonable cost. We not only provide you with quality service at an exceptional value, but guarantee your satisfaction. A client unsatisfied with some aspect of our work does not have to pay for that work.
We prefer to utilize a fixed price agreement. Once we understand your expectations we can establish a price before any engagement.
To monitor and ensure our clients’ satisfaction we implement a “Client Satisfaction Survey” annually and provide the results to our clients. We value our clients knowing that they are the reason we are in business. We continually strive to improve our services to you and are always open to your feedback and suggestions.
Though we do not charge a retainer, we do charge a setup fee of $500 for new clients (outside the simple tax return engagement). The fee covers the cost of setting up the client file, doing due diligence research, contacting the predecessor CPA and/or attorney, and performing other administrative and documentation tasks that are required in taking on a new client.

To ensure the highest level of quality control and service to the firm’s clients, Feher, PC is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the firm participates in the AICPA’s Peer Review Program. AICPA is the national, professional organization for all Certified Public Accountants. Its mission is to provide members with the resources, information, and leadership that enable them to provide valuable services in the highest professional manner to benefit the public as well as employers and clients.
The AICPA establishes professional standards; assists members in continually improving their professional conduct, performance, and expertise; and monitors such performance to enforce current standards and requirements.
Feher, PC participates in both the AICPA and the Texas Society of CPAs Peer Review Program and the firm’s records are open for inspection. There were no exceptions noted on our last peer review.
